This title must be very surprising to all readers-burning with fire to create. I'm not speaking of photographs of flames superimposed on exposures of other matter, but actually modifying the transparency by fire.
After the slides have been processed we separate the good ones from bad, take out those for exhibition use, lay aside the duplicate exposures, the out-of-focus, the overexposed and others normally considered useless. These culls can become the basis for the burning techniques.
