Nov. 24--ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- A medical equipment manufacturer is considering Los Lunas for a 100,000-square-foot distribution center.
Lexington, Mass.-based Fresenius Medical Care North America and its Ohio-based developer Ed Harmon won approval this month for a $6 million industrial revenue bond to build on 5 acres in Los Morros Business Park, which is anchored by a Wal-Mart distribution center.
Kevin King, the director of distribution operations, said the company is "in the early stages in our decision-making process."
