WITH a population of only 28, there was rarely any need for police to call on the tiny island of Papa Stour.
But yesterday officers were surprised to find themselves making the tricky ferry crossing to the remote Shetland community for the second time in less than a year.
Last December, the Rev Adrian Glover faced a charge of animal cruelty after being accused of deliberately inflicting suffering on a neighbour's sheepdog by shooting it in the foreleg.
