DEFIANT David Morgan is hoping an England tour of Zimbabwe with no demonstrations will finally bring ``closure'' to one of the most unsavoury sagas in recent cricket history.
The England and Wales Cricket Board chairman insists the only way the controversy will subside is for the team to step on to the field and play cricket in Zimbabwe for the first time in three years.
Polls in England revealed a massive majority were against the tour as a protest at the regime of President Robert Mugabe, while some newspapers have suggested Morgan should quit his post over the affair.
