Team Resources, Inc., with offices located in Carlstadt, New Jersey, has negotiated two leases for an aggregate rental totalling over $9 million.
In the first transaction, Team Resources Greg Sholom arranged for a 140,000 square-foot-lease at 385 Nordhoff Place in Englewood to Odd Job Trading.
