The holding Neoenergia - ex-Guaraniana - will invest R$500mil in the next two years to improve its distribution network comprised of Celpe (Companhia Energetica de Pernambuco), Coelba (Companhia de Eletricidade da Bahia) and Cosern (Companhia Energetica do Rio Grande do Norte). Neoenergia also prepares the issuance of a series of debentures worth R$315mil to complement the resources needed to investments in thermal power plant Termopernambuco (Pernambuco) and to meet the deal firmed with Petrobras for the supply of natural gas to Termoacu (Rio Grande do Norte).
