Vice President Dick Cheney's claim that his office is not a part of the executive branch brings up an interesting situation. Isn't the executive branch the only one that can declare documents classified? If so, it means that all the documents Cheney has classified are not, because his office lacked that authority.
Maybe we can finally find out what he and Ken Lay decided upon in the Energy Task Force discussions. And that would be just the tip of the iceberg.
