GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. announced the new opening date for its eagerly anticipated property in the Cayman Islands, the country's first ever luxury hotel. The 365-room Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will open in October 2005 after experiencing a delay owning to Hurricane Ivan. The Residences at The Ritz- Carlton, Grand Cayman, 69 luxury condominiums adjacent to the Seven Mile Beach hotel, will open in June.
