San Gabriel Valley's office market showed some unusual strength and industrial leasing increased during the second quarter, while the housing market remained relatively unchanged from the first quarter.
Tim Cullen, director of office leasing for Majestic Realty Co., said leasing remained strong at the two major office buildings at Crossroads Business Park, a 110-acre office park development on both sides of the Pomona (60) freeway in the City of Industry.
The 220,000-square-foot Atrium building is 94-percent leased and the 61,000-square-foot Terrace building is 97-percent leased. Tenants in the two buildings include Isuzu Motors, Dun & Bradstreet, Square D Co., ...
