INGREDIENTS
6 eggs 100ml milk 250g potatoes 150g cooking chorizo
200g feta cheese Fresh ground pepper Olive oil
METHOD
Peel the potatoes and cut into 1.5cm slices. Fry the chorizo in a little oil in a non-stick pan until cooked through. Remove from the pan (retain the juice to cook the potatoes - this will give the tortilla a vibrant colour). Cool the chorizo slightly then slice.
