GREENLAND, N.H., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Mann Publishing Group announced today that it has completed the acquisition of NetImpress Publishing, Inc. (http://www.netimpress.com/) in an all-cash deal for an undisclosed sum. NetImpress Publishing is a leader in producing high-quality technology-focused eBooks. NetImpress is known mostly for its Start to Finish series of eBooks. Mann Publishing Group intends to publish most of the NetImpress eBooks into print format and distribute those books to online and brick-and-mortar bookstores through its wholesalers.
