Sheep hunters face inherent dangers: falls from cliffs, Avalanches, twisted ankles, cerebral or pulmonary edema from altitude. Food is typically Spartan and it's often tempting to drink puddle-water. Cardiac arrest is a real possibility.

I'm a sheep-hunting fanatic. I love the giddy heights, the treacherous scree, and the towering cliffs where a header means someone takes me home in a sponge. Altitude sickness doesn't frighten me. Surviving on jerky and hardtack is my forte. I'll chance giardia or worse imbibing from mountain bogs.
