INTERFAX-EUROPE - Dominant Polish telecom TPSA, controlled by France Telecom, says it would absorb higher a higher value-added tax (VAT) on Internet services, rather than passing it on to subscribers of its Neostrada asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) retail brand, TPSA President Marek Jozefiak said.
