Dec. 2--Dusit Thani said NFS Asset Management, the first creditor of Korat Thani, and Royal Princess, the second creditor, had agreed to a second debt restructuring. All three parties signed the agreement on Nov 26. Korat Thani transferred its assets to clear the debt under the agreement.
