Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company announces Version 1.1 software and hardware enhancements for the KX-TDA50 Digital Hybrid IP-PBX phone system for small businesses and residences. Version 1.1 increases station capacity via the new "Digital eXtra Device Port" (DXDP) that connects two KX-T7600 digital proprietary telephones to the same station port; one KX-T7600 telephone connects to the XDP port of another KX-T7600 phone with each phone having its own extension number. Version 1.1 also increases CO trunk capacity from eight COs to 12 COs via three optional 4-port Loop Start CO cards.
