Minister for Housing and Planning Keith Hill announced today he has appointed James Tuckey as Deputy Chair to the board of English Partnerships.

He succeeds Victor Benjamin, who retired in July 2004. Mr Tuckey was first appointed to the English Partnerships board in December 2000 and re-appointed in 2003 to serve a further three years.
