The former owner of Lum's Restaurant and Bakery and Lum's Catering Service in Monona announced that he will reopen the former Cambridge Country Inn and Pub on Jan. 10.
Robert Schenk, who sold his catering company to Wright Vending last year, and his financial partners, Cathy and Greg Wilson of Cambridge, bought the Cambridge property on Wednesday from Gary and Sue Hammond.
Schenk said the former Cambridge Country Inn and Pub, which has been closed since August 2003, will reopen as the Mill Street Inn and Pub.
