Dec. 2--NORWALK, Conn. -- Eight weeks of classes, research and projects came to a celebratory end Wednesday morning as 21 graduates of the 2004 Norwalk Leadership Institute toasted their accomplishment at the Dolce Norwalk Center.
The long-running program, presented by the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, is a professional development course for area business leaders and those seen by employers as potential leaders.
