Dec. 3--NAGOYA, Japan -- Techno Search Inc., Japan's first private patent search company, said Friday it will begin operating April 1 next year.
The Nagoya-based company made the announcement following the completing of fund-raising through a third-party allotment of new shares which brought its capitalization to 465 million yen.
