It's appropriate that Adrian Harvey chooses nautical metaphors to describe his organisation.
'We're not an oil tanker, neither are we a speed - boat, but we are a decent - sized frigate which is capable of manoeuvring at a fair rate of knots.' Not that anything in the Harvey CV or life is remotely connected with things maritime.
But if you were looking to describe the man in those terms, then pocket battleship would come very close.
