Builder Tracy Ence says he's received at least four complimentary letters from clients who bought his homes simply because they're energy efficient. The Energy Star-partner builder, who constructs dwellings from $150,000 to $1 million, says that boosting energy efficiency saves his clients money and helps the environment. As important, it sets Ence apart from his competitors.
