LIVERMORE, Calif. -- The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (Nasdaq:MGRC), a leading rental provider of modular buildings for classroom and office space, and test equipment for communications, fiber optic and general purpose needs, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2004. The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2005 to all shareholders of record on January 14, 2005.
