At $15.99, the pearl-colored Ralph Lauren designer blouse would have been considered a steal by most shoppers.
But in August, someone really tried to get it for free by removing the blouse's price tag, attaching it to an old yellow plaid blouse and returning the retagged top to the Marshall Field's Southdale store in Edina for a full refund.
