A BITTER row broke out today over plans to expand the dedicated Gatwick Express - operated by airport owner BAA - for use by London rail commuters.
The Strategic Rail Authority wants the Express to make an additional stop at East Croydon and also extend the service beyond Gatwick to the Sussex Coast.
This, it says, would provide real relief for commuters using the overcrowded Brighton line.
