Wouldn't you expect Gary Dunes, the front man for Dunes & The Del-Tunes, to have a collector car?
Not only a collector car, but a car from the'50s?
Well, you wouldn't be disappointed.
Dunes, a morning DJ on Oldies 92.1 WSEN-FM, and leader of Dunes & The Del-Tunes, one of the area's better-known oldies bands, is the proud owner of a 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe.
Dunes has owned the car for about three years. He originally saw it parked in front of a business adjacent to the Regional Market on Park Street. After driving by the Chevy several times, he inquired about it.
