WHILE SOME FOLKS need a rooster crowing in the back yard or a jangling alarm clock to wake up in the mornings, others get their weekdays off to a rousing start by tuning in WNOR-FM99's wisecracking duo Tommy & Rumble.
Drawing inspiration from TV's "Saturday Night Live," Tommy Griffiths and Rick Rumble use a similar wit and humor in lampooning celebrities, political figures and current events through clever impersonations, song parodies, bogus commercials and the ever-popular prank call. They do a remarkable job considering there's no visual aid to help pull things off.
