FORMER Labour leader Neil Kinnock forecast yesterday that Gordon Brown would succeed Tony Blair as Prime Minister.
But he said Mr Brown would never launch an open challenge against Mr Blair and would simply wait until the vacancy arose.
'Nothing's going to happen until Tony decides it will happen,' he told ITV's Jonathan Dimbleby programme. 'There's going to be no effort to dislodge Tony Blair.'
