ATLANTA, Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- A joint venture between Wells Real Estate Fund VIII, L.P., Wells Real Estate Fund IX, L.P., and a subsidiary of the Wells Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. (Wells REIT) has sold an office building for $12.5 million. The 65,006-square-foot property, located at 15253 Bake Parkway in Irvine, California, is fully occupied by Gambro Healthcare, Inc., under a new long-term lease.
Wells was represented by Colliers Seeley and Zuvich Cannon Associates. The buyer, CTA, LP, was represented by Westbridge Realty Advisors.
