The only thing Munro & Co. Chairman and CEO Don Munro likes to talk about more than his business is the people that work there. While he had to move a portion of the company's production overseas in the early 1990s, Munro remains deeply committed to his employees, keeping a distribution center and four factories up and running in Arkansas, with 900 on the payroll.
