Dec. 7--OCALA, Fla. -- The Ocala City Council will act as judge and jury today when deciding whether to uphold the city staff's rejection of a traffic study submitted by the developers of Heath Brook.
The study is needed for the next phase of the residential and commercial development on State Road 200.
On Oct. 19, City Engineer Bruce Phillips and City Planner Tye Chighizola sent a letter to Scott Siemens of Ocala Trophy Limited Partnership, the company developing Heath Brook, notifying him of the city's denial of its application for a certificate of capacity.
