KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc. today announced the promotion of Vidal F. de la Cruz, Ph.D. to the position of Vice President, Business Development. Dr. de la Cruz joined the Company in 2001 as Director of Preclinical Development and assumed additional responsibilities for business development in 2003. He received his B.S. in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology from UCLA. Dr. de la Cruz also did post-doctoral work at the NIH before moving into the biotech industry in 1988.
