Dec. 9--CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- Lawmakers struggled once again Wednesday to find solutions to what some say are problems with the State Building Commission.
In an effort to fix what are seen as structural problems with the panel -- made up of the state's five elected officials -- the Legislature's Capital Finance Committee considered three draft bills during its meeting Wednesday.
Each offered a different solution.
The proposals varied from putting the entire Capital Construction Agency under the Building Commission's supervision to doing away with the commission altogether.
