Dec. 9--Air America Radio, the fledgling left-leaning talk radio network, has secured $13 million in new financing and signed its top two personalities to long-term contracts, the network announced Wednesday.
Satirist Al Franken, host of Air America's flagship show opposite Rush Limbaugh in most markets, signed on for two years.
Randi Rhodes, another host on the network, signed a three-year deal. Financial terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
