Dec. 11--The Bay Area job market stumbled in November and abruptly clouded what had been a brighter jobs outlook, although the East Bay managed solid employment gains.
As it has been through much of the economic downturn and recovery, the East Bay in November was the strongest performer in the Bay Area.
