Brigadier General Malcolm F. Bolton is assistant deputy chief of staff, plans, Headquarters Tactical Air Command, Langley Air Force Base, Va.
Genera Bolton was born in Houston in 1939, and graduated from Pasadena (Texas) High School in 1957. He received a bachelor of science degree from Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College, College Station, in 1961 and a master of science degree in management from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, in 1973.
