Major General (Dr.) Fredric F. Doppelt is commander, Human Systems Division, Air Force Systems Command, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas.
General Doppelt was born in New York City in 1932, and graduated from DeWitt Clinton High School in 1949. He attended State University of New York, College of Medicine, Syracuse, where he earned his doctor of medicine degree in 1956. He interned at New England Center Hospital in Boston from July 1956 to June 1957.
