Q: About 10 years ago a colleague of mine made a fabulous lasagna with goat cheese and asparagus.
It was my very first time eating goat cheese and the only asparagus I had ever eaten was the out of the can (which I hated).
Since discovering fresh asparagus and having additional positive experiences with goat cheese, I would love to re-create the recipe. Unfortunately, my colleague relocated and we lost touch before I was able to get her recipe.
Do you have one that you could recommend? Thank you.
