CLEVELAND _ Most Cavaliers fans remember May 22, 2003, as the day that changed the fortunes of the entire franchise.
But perhaps Jan. 21, 2004, should work its way into the mix as well.
That was the day Cavaliers general manager Jim Paxson traded Darius Miles to the Portland Trail Blazers for Jeff McInnis. No, it wasn't as pivotal as winning the LeBron James Lottery, but the short-term results have been impressive as well.
