Dec. 15--Ronald W. Parker, who was dismissed Monday as chief executive of Pizza Inn Inc., was added as a defendant Tuesday in a lawsuit over his employment contract and other actions he allegedly took while a company executive.
The amended suit, filed in Dallas County District Court, alleges that 'at the direction of and/or with the help of" Mr. Parker and others, the law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP "drafted and/or revised executive compensation agreements... which by Akin Gump's own admission could impose 'significant liabilities' on Pizza Inn."
