The major Hollywood awards season got under way Monday with offbeat road comedy ``Sideways'' picking up seven nominations for the 62nd annual Golden Globes, including best musical or comedy film and three acting nods.
Jamie Foxx earned an unprecedented three nominations - lead actor in a musical or comedy for the title role in ``Ray,'' supporting actor for the thriller ``Collateral,'' and actor in a miniseries or movie for prison drama ``Redemption'' - on his 37th birthday.
