Dec. 16--Even though he had to go to New York and California to find $12 million in startup capital to put biomedical company VidaCare on its feet, Dr. Larry Miller is sold on San Antonio as a place to do business.
"Things are looking good for us here," said Miller, VidaCare's chief executive officer. "We have plenty of capital and a good product and good people. I look at San Antonio as a good incubator and a good place to keep my company."
