EXEL-ROHM COLLABORATION YIELDS NEW 4-BIT MTP MICROCONTROLLERS
SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- EXEL Microelectonics announces the development of four Multiple-Time Programmable (MTP) 8K EEPROM 4-bit microcontrollers. EXEL combining its strength in non- volatile memories and past expertise in E(2)PLDS has created these products as single-chip emulators for a "feature" microcontroller product-line. The MTP products, the first fruits of the EXEL-Rohm co- development, are labeled the XL24E000 series.
