WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:BASI) today reported financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2004. Revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2004 increased 13% to $9.1 million compared to $8.0 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2003. Net loss for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2004 was $205,000, or $0.04 loss per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $376,000, or $0.08 loss per basic and diluted share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003.
