2004 DEC 22 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Lynn W. Rolston made history by being the first female named as chief executive officer of the California Pharmacists Association (CPhA) in its 135-year existence.
Rolston will assume her new role as CEO beginning January 1, 2005.
"The California Pharmacists Association is going through exciting challenges and great change. CPhA is moving beyond typical association ideals and is now on the leading edge of being a market driven business," said Rolston.
Rolston continued, "The challenges are great, but I look forward to meeting them head on while striving to move the Association in a bold new direction. ...
