PHOENIX, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Joe Waynick, Chief Executive Officer of Alcor Life Extension Foundation announced today that the Foundation has delivered all documents pertaining to Ted Williams, in accordance with a recent order of a Maricopa Superior Court, to the plaintiffs, Ted and Sam Williams. The final order of the Court was handed down on November 30 and, according to Waynick, the Foundation met with legal counsel to assess its options, ultimately deciding not to appeal the Court's decision.
