ZTE Corporation of China, a global mainstream telecommunications infrastructure supplier, recently announced its latest international success with the biggest CDMA contract in Nepal's telecom history.

Under the terms of the contract, ZTE will supply CDMA2000 1X equipment to build a state-of-the-art network that will cover the country's major areas.

After the network is installed, it will simultaneously provide full mobile services and wireless local-loop services, and the 1x EV-DO system will offer a data rate of 2Mbps.
