THE Jockey Club inquiry into Endless Summer, winner of a couple of two-year- old races in 2000, including the Group Two Richmond Stakes when he was a three-year-old, will be heard next month.
The Zafonic colt was foaled on Boxing Day 1997 and not on January 2, 1998, as registered on his passport.
All horses have their birthday on January 1.
Philip Mitchell, manager of Juddmonte Farms who owned and bred the horse, admitted responsibility for misleading his employer Prince Khaled Abdulla.
