POSTVILLE, Iowa, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Rabbi Dr I.M. Levinger, one of the world's foremost experts on animal welfare and kosher slaughter (schechita), today called schechita practices at the AgriProcessors plant "professional and humane."
