To mark 28 May 2004, the International Day of Action on Women's Health, a state level dialogue on the Right to Safe Motherhood was organised by the KRITI Resource Centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. KRITI and its partner organisations from ten districts of Uttar Pradesh have been working on the Right to Safe Motherhood for the last three years to raise awareness at the community level and promote women's access and control over government health services.
