Finnish media group Alma Media Corporation said on Wednesday (22 December) that as part of the deal between its subsidiary Talentum Oyj and the Finnish state for Talentum to acquire state-owned printing and publishing house Edita Oy, Alma Media was selling its shares in Acta Print Oy to Edita Oyj.
Before the deal, Alma Media had owned 36.0% of the Edita Oyj subsidiary Acta Print Oy and 31.1% of Talentum, the company added.
